NORFOLK, Va. — The Norfolk Police Department is investigating a shooting that injured a man Sunday morning.
The shooting in the 400 block of West 30th Street happened around 9:50 a.m., according to a Norfolk Police Department spokeswoman. Police found a 21-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of the injury, which was not deemed life-threatening.
The investigation remains ongoing, Norfolk police said on Sunday evening.
