NORFOLK, Va. — A crash in Norfolk on I-64 W near the opening of the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel was causing major delays Tuesday morning.
According to VDOT, all west lanes on the I-64 were closed, Virginia State Police say there are injuries and that lanes have been reopened. Delays spanned miles.
