NORFOLK, Va. — According to VDOT, a vehicle crash was causing delays on Interstate 64 East in Hampton Thursday morning.
The crash was reportedly near the Granby Street exit. The east right center lane and right shoulder were closed, but lanes have reopened and traffic is flowing.
