Gov. Ralph Northam listed his Norfolk home for sale, after he moved into the Governor's Mansion in Richmond.

NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- Governor Ralph Northam is getting ready to sell his home in Norfolk.

According to our partners at the Virginian-Pilot, the Ocean View home went on the market Monday. It's listed for $829,000.

Northam had lived there with his wife Pam for more than a decade. They moved into the Richmond Governor's Mansion back in January, where they are required to live during his term.

Northam hasn't said where he plans to live once he leaves office in 2022.
