NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk Fire-Rescue Battalion Chief Glen Williams informed 13News Now around 11:40 a.m. that a gas line ruptured on Elizabeth Avenue and Kilmer Road, off of East Princess Anne Road.
At the time, Williams said Fire-Rescue crews were on the scene to secure the area, and Virginia Natural Gas (VNG) already repaired the line.
Crews cleared the scene without any evacuations.
