NORFOLK, Va. — The low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines is launching nonstop flights to Atlanta from Norfolk.
Flights from Norfolk International Airport to Atlanta’s Hartfield-Jackson International Airport started May 17, 2024, with fares as low as $59. The promotional fare is good through Sept. 30, 2024, according to a Frontier Airlines press release.
While the nonstop flights will be available three times per week, travelers are encouraged to visit the airline's website for additional details as frequency and times are subject to change.
The airline previously announced they’d be offering nonstop flights to San Juan, Puerto Rico’s Luis Munoz Marin International Airport beginning June 2, 2024. Frontier will now serve five destinations from the Norfolk International Airport with the newly announced routes.
“We are thrilled to increase our operations in Norfolk with these new routes,” said Josh Flyr, the vice president of network and operations design for Frontier Airlines. “Whether traveling to Atlanta, San Juan, or beyond, this service will greatly increase the affordable and convenient travel options available to area consumers."
