NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- Four people face drug charges after police served a search warrant Thursday night at a Norfolk home where they found materials consistent with manufacturing meth.
Vice and Narcotics Detectives found meth materials in the 1300 block of Templar Blvd. shortly before 9 p.m., while serving a Maintaining a Nuisance Drug House warrant.
Detectives charged 49-year-old Richard Billups, 30-year-old Justin Long, 28-year-old Kyle Harris and 23-year-old Ashley Billups in connection to the bust.
Multiple authorities including the Norfolk Fire Marshal's Office, Virginia State Police and the D.E.A. all responded to the home to assist Norfolk police in the investigation.
All four suspects face one count each of manufacturing methamphetamine, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of two or more precursors-methamphetamine and maintaining a nuisance drug house.
