NORFOLK, Va. — Ewe can't make this stuff up. Someone found a sheep wandering the streets of Norfolk Monday.
The Norfolk Animal Care Center took him to its shelter. Workers said he was on the side of Texas Avenue in Norview.
The care center gave him some goat food and a place to stay while staff members try to track down his owner. He has a tag on his ear that reads VACR 6983.
The care center is checking with other shelters to see if they have more comfortable accommodations for the fluffy fella. It's a good thing he brought his own wool blanket!
