NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — UPDATE: Newport News police said Joseph Bradley was safely located on Thursday night. No other information was given, but police thanked the public for helping spread the word about his disappearance.

Virginia State Police has issued a Senior Alert for a missing man from Newport News.
No one has seen 74-year-old Joseph Bradley since 2:45 Thursday afternoon. Police are worried about him for medical reasons.
Bradley was last seen on Deshazor Drive near the Grissom Library. He could be wearing a blue jacket with jeans, white shoes, and a camo bucket-style hat. He is between 5'4" and 5'7" and weighs roughly 160-170 pounds.
Police say he answers to the name Joe and could possibly be wearing a big gold ring and rubber bracelets.
