Police said the attempted robbery happened around 6:40 a.m. at the Shell gas station located in the 9000 block of Warwick Boulevard. A gold Chevrolet Impala pulled up in front of the business and two men got out.

The suspects entered the gas station and brandished guns. One of the men tried opening the safe but wasn't able to. Then they got back in the Impala and drove away. The driver never got out of the vehicle.

One suspect had on a black baseball cap, a gray hoodie, a green jacket, blue jeans, and black and white shoes. Another was wearing a black coat, a light-colored shirt, black or dark-colored jeans, and black and white shoes. Both were armed with guns.

The driver had on a red and white jacket, while the Chevy Impala was missing all four hubcaps.
