NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WVEC) -- A person died in a car crash that left two other people critically hurt Monday.
Police said the wreck involved a Toyota Camry and that it happened just before 1 p.m. in the 1300 block of Jefferson Avenue.
Medics flew one of the people hurt (a male) to the hospital. They took the other person (a female) to the hospital in an ambulance.
Officers said the person who died at the scene was male.
