NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — A celebration of Greek culture is returning to Newport News for a fall celebration.
The Newport News Greek Festival is taking place from Oct. 26 to 28 at the Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, which is sponsoring the event.
There will be lots of food, a fashion show and Greek dance performances. Menu items include Grecian-style lamb shank, gyro pita, moussaka, dolmades, baklava and much more.
The festival schedule is 4 to 9 p.m. on Oct. 26 and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on the other days.
