NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — One man is dead after a crash involving a cyclist early Saturday morning, the Newport News Police Department said.
Police responded to a crash involving a vehicle and a cyclist in the area of Harpersville Road and Jefferson Avenue around 6:15 a.m. When officers arrived, they found a man who they believed was riding the bicycle dead on the scene. No suspect has been named.
