Bacchus Wine & Food Festival returns to Virginia Living Museum

The annual Bacchus Wine & Food Festival returns to Virginia Living Festival. Guests will be treated to fine wine, great food, and entertainment.

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — The Virginia Living Museum is bringing back the Bacchus Wine and Food Festival on Feb. 7.

The festival is presented by Old Point National Bank. It is also a certified Virginia Green event that continues the museum's commitment to conservation and preservation.

During the festival, the museum encourages green practices to cut down on food waste, encourage locally sourced and green food items and reusable wine glasses and event plate.

Upon guest arrival, mythical gods and goddesses will greet guests including Bacchus the god of food and vine. The event serves up the finest wine, restaurant fare, and entertainment.

Tickets for the Divine Reception are $125 and Main Event $65. Main event tickets increase in price beginning Feb. 3 to $70.

Guests are encouraged to purchase by Feb. 2. All proceeds benefit the Museum’s science education and animal care needs.

For more information and ticket sales, visit the Virginia Living Museum's website.

The museum is located at 524 J. Clyde Morris Boulevard in Newport News.
