HAMPTON, Va. (WVEC) -- A Hampton woman has been arrested for allegedly robbing two Walgreen Pharmacy stores over the holiday.
Kimberly Paul Barney, 35, is charged with two counts each of robbery and use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and one count of unauthorized use of a vehicle.
According to police, Barney entered the pharmacy located in the 900 block of West Mercury Boulevard on Dec. 25 and demanded cash from an employee.
The next day, she reportedly robbed Walgreens in the 3300 block of West Mercury Boulevard.
Police say in both robberies, Barney fled the scene with stolen cash.
Barney remains in custody at the Hampton City Jail.
