HAMPTON, Va. — Some homes in Hampton were severely damaged after a tree fell on them on Monday.
The large tree damaged at least two homes on Long Green Lane during strong storms on Monday night. A tree removal company at the scene told 13News Now it was an issue of "tree rot." A large crane was brought in to help remove the tree.
Fortunately, no one was hurt.
