HAMPTON, Va. — One eastbound lane at the Monitor Merrimac Bridge Tunnel has been closed due to a crash Tuesday morning, the Virginia Department of Transportation said.
The crash happened on I-64 near Rip Rap Road around 6:30 a.m. Virginia State Police confirm that a hit-and-run involving property damage occurred.
VDOT said one eastbound lane has been closed.
