HAMPTON, Va. — Hampton Police Division thanked the public's help identifying a person who may have information about the shooting at Buckroe Beach last weekend.
Four people, including two children, were shot on June 22.
Police said in a tweet that they received an "overwhelming public response" and were able to identify the person in the photo.
Hampton Police said a 12-year-old boy is still in the hospital in stable condition. The other three gunshot victims -- a 7-year-old girl, a 31-year-old woman, and a 52-year-old man -- suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
