HAMPTON, Va. — A crash caused major traffic delays for commuters in Hampton early Wednesday morning.
Virginia State Police responded to a multi-vehicle crash on I-64 East.
The right lane and shoulder were closed, causing congestion before and inside the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel.
Drivers were advised to avoid the area and take alternative routes.
