HAMPTON, Va. — This weekend Hampton Roads residents are invited to the 10th Annual Happy New You Health, Wellness, Career and Business Expo where there will be physicians and several health resources available.
The free event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Hampton Roads Convention Center.
Both Saturday and Sunday will include a variety of programs aimed at improving individuals' health whether it be through fitness, discussions on wellness and disease and even health screenings and vaccines.
Organizers ask those aged 35 and older wanting to receive a 3D mammogram at the event to register by calling 757-736-0040.
