The goal of the $445 million project is to construct one full-time express lane, one part-time express lane, and two general purpose lanes in each direction.
Off-ramp closures from I-64 East to Armistead Avenue and and Rip Rap Road will begin on Sunday, Nov. 10 and last until Friday, Nov. 15, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Starting on Monday, Nov. 11, there will be stoppages on I-64 in both directions between LaSalle Avenue (exit 265) and the Hampton River Bridge.
