HAMPTON-- During last weeks snowstorm, someone created a fake Twitter account claiming to be the Hampton Public School superintendent, Linda Shifflette. The impersonator used the account to announce that school had been closed.
School officials tried to get the correct information out once they realized the existence of the account and tweet.
The impersonator took the opportunity to get one more laugh in at the school systems expense.
