CHESAPEAKE, Va. — The Chesapeake Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance with locating a missing person who has dementia.
Chesapeake Police Officers are currently attempting to find Don Hodges because there’s concern for his safety, according to a city press release. Hodges has dementia and was last seen at his residence in the South Norfolk area of Chesapeake around 1:44 p.m. Wednesday. His vehicle was seen driving on Croatan Hwy near 8th Street in Nags Head, N.C., at 4:20 p.m.
Hodges is 75-year-old, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and about 168 pounds. He was last seen wearing a camouflage bucket hat, Columbia blue T-shirt, black cargo pants, and gray sneakers.
Hodges' vehicle is a gray 2019 Honda SRV with Virginia tags ULN-8918.
