CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Chesapeake police said on Wednesday that Antonio Randall had been found safely after he went missing.
VSP had said no one had seen 65-year-old Antonio Lee Randall since 6 p.m. Sunday. At the time, he was on Clifton Street.
Police said Randall has a cognitive impairment and his health and safety were at risk when he was missing.
