CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WVEC) -- A Chesapeake used-car dealership is accused of rolling back odometers in at least 76 vehicles, with some of them by more than 100,000 miles.
That's according to federal court documents obtained by our partners at The Virginian-Pilot.
State and federal official declined to identify the dealership, citing an ongoing investigation. The DMV did confirm that the dealership is no longer open, and they would work notify possible victims.
