CHESAPEAKE, Va. — UPDATE: Police say that Robert Doyon has been found safe.

A man has been missing out of Chesapeake since Wednesday night.
Chesapeake Police say that Robert Doyon was last seen walking near Transylvania Avenue and Ohio Street at about 9:15 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say that Doyon has mental health concerns that could prevent him from taking care of himself. Doyon is a white man, 29, 5 feet 11 inches tall and about 150 pounds. He has brown hair and a full beard and was last seen wearing a faded tank top with an American flag on it and black pants.
