CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WVEC) -- Aldi will be holding a hiring event for their upcoming Chesapeake store, along with future stores in Virginia Beach and Newport News.
Aldi is a grocery store that recently came to the Hampton Roads area, opening a store in Portsmouth.
The hiring event will be held Monday, June 13.
Aldi will be hiring Store Associates and Manager Trainee positions.
Aldi offers full health insurance, dental coverage and 401K for staff working at least 25 hours a week.
The event will be held at the Hampton Inn & Suites at 4449 Peak Trail in Chesapeake. The event begins at 7 a.m. and will end at 6 p.m.
A Store Associate will be offered $11.35 per hour, Manager Trainees will be offered more than $50,000 a year, with an opportunity to $63,000 per year.
