According to a news release, the crash happened around 3:25 p.m. in the 7300 block of Richmond Road. That's near Norge Elementary.

Officials say the 2021 Isuzu commercial truck veered off the road and collided with a Dominion power pole, creating substantial damage and a power outage nearby.

As of 7 p.m., Dominion Power is working on restoring power, but it's unknown when restoration will be completed.
