GLOUCESTER COUNTY, Va. — At least one person is dead following a single-vehicle crash in Gloucester County Sunday morning, according to Virginia State Police (VSP).
It happened in the northbound lanes of Route 17 near the intersection of Woods Cross Road at around 9:25 a.m.
VSP has not publicly identified the deceased individual or said if anyone else was inside the vehicle at the time of the crash. There's no word on what led up to the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
