FRANKLIN, Va. — Fire crews in Franklin, Courtland and Isle of Wight County were all sent to the International Paper Mill to knock down a fire that broke out Friday morning.
According to dispatchers in Franklin, the fire started at a recycling plant behind the mill.
No other details have been released at this time, including if anyone was injured or how the fire started.
