Brewery to launch Tommie the dog brew to raise money for Virginia shelter

A brew is named after Tommie the dog who was set on fire in a Richmond park. A dollar from each pint will benefit the Richmond Animal Care and Control.

RICHMOND, Va. — Three Notch'd RVA Collab House in Richmond is launching a beer in honor of Tommie the dog.

Tommie was the dog that was killed after being set on fire in a park in Richmond in February. In August, 20-year-old Jyahshua A. Hill pleaded guilty to the crime.
