RICHMOND, Va. — Three Notch'd RVA Collab House in Richmond is launching a beer in honor of Tommie the dog.
Tommie was the dog that was killed after being set on fire in a park in Richmond in February. In August, 20-year-old Jyahshua A. Hill pleaded guilty to the crime.

The beer, a hazelnut brown ale, will make its debut on Friday, October 11. A dollar from each pint sold will be donated to the Richmond Animal Care and Control.
On Friday, the Richmond location of Three Notch'd Brewery will be the only location selling the beer. Cans of the special brew will not be ready by Friday, but they will be coming soon.
