Man dead after Accomack County 2-vehicle crash, driver charged with reckless driving

Virginia State Police (VSP) are investigating a two-vehicle crash that happened Sunday around 1:45 a.m. on Greenbush Road.

ACCOMACK COUNTY, Va. — A man has died after a two-vehicle crash in Accomack County early Sunday.

Virginia State Police (VSP) are investigating a two-vehicle crash that happened Sunday around 1:45 a.m. on Greenbush Road.

VSP says that a 2002 Acura RL was heading northbound on Greenbush Road near Merry Branch Road when it crossed into southbound lanes and struck a 1997 Ford F150.

51-year-old Myron T. Bailey, a passenger in the Acura, died at the scene. VSP says he was wearing a seatbelt. 

The driver of the Acura, 41-year-old Torey Duffy of Melfa suffered minor injuries and was charged with reckless driving.

VSP says the crash is still under investigation.
