VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The Virginia Beach Police Department is responding to the scene of a single vehicle car crash that was fatal.
VBPD tweeted at 4:16 p.m. that Virginia Beach Boulevard westbound at Fountain Drive is temporarily shut down in the aftermath of the crash.
