NORFOLK, Va. — Hot dogs or burgers, regardless of the meal selection, there was one thing that brought most people to Dog -N- Burger Grille in Ghent on Wednesday: the restaurant's last day.
The owners made a deal to hand over the property to the people who run Redwood Smoke Shack, a popular food truck. The barbecue business planned to open in April.
Dog -N- Burger’s owners said they were adding their famous D-N-B Combo, including a hot dog, a hamburger, fries and a drink, to the menu of their other restaurant, No Frill Bar and Grill, on Spotswood Avenue.
