HAMPTON, Va. — A woman is seriously hurt after a shooting in Hampton Thursday.
According to the Hampton Police Division, officers responded to Continental Drive just before 5 p.m.
HPD says a woman was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The Hampton Police Division has arrested Jasmine Irene Janae Meade, a 29-year-old Hampton woman, in connection with this shooting investigation.
She has been charged with one count of maiming, one count of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, one count of discharging a firearm within 1000 feet of a school, and three counts of child endangerment.
