Kristi Lynn Cline, 43, faces a laundry list of charges after being accused of sexually assaulting a child she babysat nearly ten years ago.

Last week, a 22-year-old woman alleged that Newport News Police Officer Robert Jones and her former babysitter, Kristi Cline, sexually assaulted her when she was 12 and 14 from 2008 to 2011.

Through the course of the investigation, we discovered court documents that detailed Cline owned a daycare facility she ran out of her home in Colony Pines. The girl would go there after school. She alleges that Jones would visit from time to time.

Cline's home was reportedly not licensed or registered.
