Two charged after Yorktown stabbing

YORKTOWN, Va. — Two people have been arrested and charged with maiming following an incident Friday at the Yorktown Motor Lodge.

Deputies responded to a call of a disturbance at the motor lodge, according to a Facebook post from the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office. When deputies arrived, they found an adult victim with a stab wound who was transported to a hospital with injuries not deemed life-threatening, the Facebook post stated.

An additional victim was also transported with minor injuries.

Christopher John Parks, 40, and Deanna Marie Mann Wilson, 41, were transported to Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail.
