NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- A man on the run for two months from South Carolina was arrested in Virginia Beach Wednesday.
Chauncey Terikas Bradley, 35, was wanted for sex crimes he committed in South Carolina. He was charged with multiple counts of first, second, and third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
On Feb. 16, the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office obtained an arrested warrant for Bradley, but they needed to track him down.
In March, U.S. Marshals in Norfolk were contacted to follow up on leads in the investigation. Bradley grew up in Hampton Roads, and officials believed he was trying to hide here.
On Wednesday morning, the U.S. Marshals and Virginia Beach Fugitive Unit took Bradley into custody without incident at a residence in Virginia Beach.
Bradley is being held at the Virginia Beach City Jail awaiting return to South Carolina.
