PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Portsmouth police said a woman was stabbed around 9:20 a.m. Tuesday in the 10 block of Bagley Street.
Officials believe she ran a nearby Dollar General on Portsmouth Boulevard, where first responders later took her to a hospital. She was in serious condition.
Portsmouth police say they didn't have any suspect information by Tuesday afternoon. People with information related to the stabbing are asked to call their crime line.
