PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Police are investigating a shooting that happened Tuesday night in Portsmouth.
Officers were called out to Jefferson Street near 6th Street, just before 9 p.m. Police say a man was shot but is expected to survive.
There are no details yet on a suspect as police continue their investigation.
