PORTSMOUTH, Va. — The Portsmouth Police Department (PPD) is investigating a shooting that happened around 3 p.m. on Saturday.
According to PPD, it happened near the 800 block of 7th Street.
One man had a gunshot wound, but he is expected to survive.
