PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Police are searching for suspects after a man was shot and killed Wednesday morning in Portsmouth.
According to the Portsmouth Police Department, officers were called to the 300 block of Ansell Avenue around 6:46 a.m. They arrived to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim was later identified as 23-year-old Camry Diamonte Chisholm.
There's no word at this time on what may have led to the shooting or if any suspects have been identified.
