PORTSMOUTH, Virginia — A man and woman are hurt after a shooting in Portsmouth Thursday evening.
According to a tweet from the Portsmouth Police Dept., the incident happened in the 10th block of Pine Needle Circle. That's where a man and woman both were shot.
Police said the two were taken to a hospital. They are expected to survive.
