ODU Police actively investigating car vandalisms

NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- The search is on for the person or people responsible for vandalizing cars in the Lambert's Point Neighborhood of Norfolk.

NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- The search is on for the person or people responsible for vandalizing cars in the Lambert’s Point Neighborhood of Norfolk.

Old Dominion University Police are investigating incidents of vandalism to automobiles that took place between 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29 and 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30.

As of Monday, Oct. 31. Authorities said vandals went to work on a number in various locations, including 40th St., 42nd St. and a campus parking lot near 48th St. and Powhatan Ave.

Several people had their cars keyed and tires slashed and windows busted. ODU police is asking anyone with information that might be helpful to this investigation is asked to contact Old Dominion University Police at 757-683-4000 or 4516 Monarch Way, Norfolk, VA 23508.
