NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk police have identified the man found fatally shot Sunday morning as 29-year-old Derrick T. Horton of Norfolk.
Police found a man suffering from a gunshot wound sometime after 6 a.m. in the 2800 block of Westminster Avenue. Police later provided a correction, saying the shooting happened in the 2800 block of Earlscourt Avenue. That's off of Ballentine Boulevard.
Norfolk Police did not release any more details about the shooting.
