PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Detectives with the Portsmouth Police Department launched a criminal investigation on Tuesday into a commercial burglary.
According to police, the burglary happened in the 1200 block of Frederick Boulevard on Monday.
On Tuesday, detectives located and arrested a suspect. He was transported to a regional detention center.
