CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Two people were shot in Chesapeake Tuesday night, police say.
Chesapeake police say they received a call around 9 p.m. reporting hearing shots fired in the 3000 block of Waverton Court. When officers arrived they found evidence of a shooting.
Then, two gunshot wound victims were found at Norfolk General Hospital after officers arrived to Waverton Court. Both victims were men and had non-life-threatening injuries.
Police did not release any suspect information and said that the incident is still under investigation.
