NEWPORT NEWS -- Police are looking for a man wanted for murder in Newport News.
Police say 23-year-old Dilquon Best shot 31-year-old Alton Williams on the afternoon of December 11, 2014. Williams's body was found in the road at 12th Street and Ivy Avenue and he died at the hospital, authorities said.
There was no information about a possible motive for the shooting or whether the two men knew each other, but authorities tell 13News Now.com that Best was developed as the suspect almost immediately.
Best is facing charges of 1st degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
