POQUOSON, Va. — Police arrested a man from Poquoson who's accused of having child pornography.
Shain Andrew Barnard, 31, was in the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail Wednesday afternoon. Officers booked him into the jail on Tuesday.
The jail's website listed 15 charges against Barnard. Those included 14 counts specific to the possession of child pornography. The other charge was Possession of Obscene Material with a Minor.
