NORFOLK, Va. — A Chesapeake man died at a hospital following a shooting in Norfolk's Campostella neighborhood Tuesday night, officials said.
In a release on Wednesday, the Norfolk Police Department (NPD) said 25-year-old Denard Stephenson Jr. succumbed to his injuries.
Stephenson was shot on Harbor Pointe Court just after 7:40 p.m. He was rushed to a hospital with a life-threatening gunshot injury but ultimately died.
